i had the exact same problem as everyone else!. i paid- it came out of my account and yet no supplies over a month later:. absolutely rediculous.. please please please if you had this problem report it to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU so we can get this site shut down.. i paid for a power supply and tips'. granted it only came out to about $40, other people all over the place are having issues just like mine!. THE ONLY PHONE NUMBER IS INVALID, the emails wont go through and there is no address to write them!. what does that tell you? 35b1dcf
