For the short time I used Tattoo Supplies Direct, they seemed to be an excellent response company. Now, after a few orders they do not return e-mail concerns, or answer the telephone. They do not return phone call messages left with Heather in Customer Service. They do not return messages left for Heather in Sales. I have to conclude that I have been scammed. Although, I did receive a partial order, without explanation of the items not shipped. All I can do is hope to find a reputable company who has business sense. I can not rate this company as a wise choice. 1275805

Written by wayne gilleo on August 19, 2008 from catskill, new york, US I put and order in to them myself and never got it, I have called them many times and somebody called me back once and said my order will be there by end of week ,well that never happen still didn't recieve it.Don't answer my calls anymore or my emails.I have all the papers saying that it was paid for,and emails saved .Anybody know what I can doabout this ? |
